The BCM® Grip Mod 3-KD

  • The MOD 3-KD is the end result of collaboration between BCM and Kyle Defoor, founder of Defoor Proformance Shooting
  • Reduced Grip angle keeps wrist in line with trigger for improved ergonomics and trigger control.
  • Short/Low-profile design ideal for sub-compact carbine/pistol configurations. Same amount of protrusion, from the bottom of the weapon, as the classic 20-round magazine.
  • Externally dimensioned the same, except the length, as the popular BCM® Mod 3 Grip
  • Each grip features an extended forward tang to close the gap between the trigger guard and pistol grip, and a high rise "beavertail" style back strap.
  • Made in the U.S.A., manufactured from high quality impact resistant polymers.

BCM mode 3 KD - too short

Product as advertised - I have small hands and found it too be still just a little too short - about one finger. Gives a PDW grip similar to a compact concealed carry pistol. My pinky hangs off. I wear mens size small/medium gloves.

    KD mod3

Great grip for a bag/ PDW guns.

    Niche product, but made great

I got it just to try, ended up leaving it on ar pistol. Its compact (probably great for in vehicle, CQB etc), and makes you grip tighter and higher.

    BCM does it again

Excellent grip for a backpack gun or a hd setup. I would be surprised if BCM made something that wasn’t top notch.

    It’s weird at first

It’s strange at first but with a 20round mag and a law folder my 300bo pistol fits better in my vertx bag and gets hung up less.

    BCM is the best

I was on the fence about this grip but I like it. Its great for a shorty build! It might not be the best choice for a longer gun, especially if you’re running a can. But overall, its a nice option to have. BCM is always a step ahead!

Found my favorite new grip by mistake

So I am a 6’2” 190lb male (gumby-build) and i have always been left wanting a better AR grip design. I have used the standard BCM grips for years now as I prefer the modern grip angle and traction they provide but I never liked how that extra half inch sticks out the bottom of my hand even though I have fairly large paws.

I recently had enough spare parts laying around to do a build minus a grip... well due to covid, this was one of the only bcm options I could find and so I gave it a shot.

When I received it I immediately though: “ what sort of hobbit shit have they come up with?” So I unwrapped it, installed it and ran through my dryfire and ready-up routine.

Well, i don't know what it is about this grip but for some reason I get a more naturally-guided high-tang grip with this thing. None kf my hand falls off the grip and nothing is sticking out. It’s like the perfect size. And it seems a little more beefy to me and therefore it fills the palm of my hand quite well. I feel more in-control of the weapon system with this grip than I do with the standard BCM grip module and would recommend it to anyone looking for a replacement or executing a new build.

This grip is reminiscent of a sig P320 subcompact grip module grip, but somehow I can get all three lower fingers on it.

    Good job BCM... again.

    Looks good

This grip looks and feels good in the hand unfortunately I couldn’t put it on any of my lowers because I’ve already put magpul trigger guards or have enhanced lowers with the trigger guard integrated. I plan on putting this in the next lower I get so I can’t give an honest review on the products function yet but so far the grip looks like it should be great

    Tiny Mod 3 Grip

Smaller than the pictures look but perfect size for my hands to still get a good purchase. Threw it on an AR9 so it would fit in a bag better. Highly satisfied. If you have massive hands, probably would have some pinky slippage.
