Excellent customer experience
I own just about every BCM hat that they make. But this hat is just bad; patch is crooked, and the structure looks nothing like it does on the websites picture. I am all about BCM, but save your money or choose a different hat.
I’ve wanted a BCM hat for a long time and every time there’s one I like , it’s out of stock. Finally found one in stock that I like judging by the picture and I ordered it, big mistake. The bill of the hat was supposed to be woodland Camo but it is simply a green bill with a little bit of black Camo nowhere near woodland. The hat was crushed in the box when I received it and will not form to my head right at all, looks horrible. Only reason for giving 2 stars instead of just 1 is because I like the Gunfighter patch. Probably end up removing the patch and using it elsewhere so basically I paid $25 for a patch.
