Fits my A2 front sight just fine. Works good and it is pretty cheap. Way better than using a bullet and pliers.

I was leery about depressing the detent, and trying to rotate the front sight post with pliers, since I couldn't do it with my fingers.
This little sight wrench works perfectly. When you line up the 4 small posts on the wrench with the slots at the perimeter of the front sight base, the front post will depress the detent and allow you to raise or lower the front sight very easily. It is a tool that every AR owner should have in their kit.
