    KMR Barrel Nut Wrench

Posted by Adam McMillan on Oct 16th 2020

Picked up a used upper and wanted to steal the rail off to put on another upper. Had to have this wrench to remove the proprietary barrel nut. Got the job done. Love the design and love the rail. Highly recommend.

Outstanding Buffer Tube install / Castle Nut Tool! This thing locks tight and makes easy work of torquing down or loosening the castle nut.

    BCM KMR Wrench

Used this to remove a KMR nut that seemed welded to a factory PWS Bootleg Upper 13” Rail. I could not get the KMR nut to come loose until I used this tool. The cheap AR Chinese steel tool I used prior to this bent, and marred up the nut before I just placed the order for this tool. Highly recommended if you have an AR with this type of hand guard.

    Does the job

I bought this because my armorer's tool didn't fit the BCM barrel nut. This worked fine, but was a little pricey for the single purpose I needed. If you need it, there's nothing that can do the job better.

Haven't had to use it yet. Picked it up because it was a great deal on clearance. I'm sure it will satisfy my needs.

I was able to torque down my ar-15 buffer tube with no problems and for a cheap price too.
