After 2 years of using this tool i have really become fond of it. I wrote a poor review initially and came back to make it right. I recommend this product.
I use my DPMS tool mainly for taking off barrels. I originally purchased it to take off and re-install my Colt CAR stock. I was disappointed because the small "tooth" that engages the receiver extension / buffer tube nut distorted when I tightened it down and I could no longer get a good "bite" down on the notch. I will probably just purchase the simpler , dedicated CAR stock wrench.
I was very impressed with the DPMS armorers tool. It is nicely powder coated and is rather heavy. I was able to use it to complete a lower receiver assembly. The powder coating was nice as it did not leave any marks.
