Perhaps not a part most would worry about, but I have personally witnessed broken weld springs and substandard finishes. I encountered nothing of the kind with the BCM parts. Great finish, very uniform, just an excellent job. It's good to have an outfit I can count on. Good price, too.
No surprises with this assembly. Everything looks like it should. The black finish doesn't scratch off when installing handguards like the last one I got elsewhere. Good price and excellent response/ shipping time by BCM. BCM is my new "go to" AR parts supplier. A+
