Based on the SOPMOD designed bolt upgrade and rebuild package, this kit is designed to breathe new life into your bolt assembly. The bolt assembly is the heart of your AR15 rifle system and preventative maintenance used by professions insures these systems keep running even under the harshest of conditions.
This is a great spare parts kit to keep your AR15, M16, M4 running in the field.
This kit includes:
  • Extractor made to USGI specs (shot peened)
  • Extractor pin
  • BCM® Extractor Spring (chrome silicon, heat treated & stress relieved, shot peened)
  • 3 USGI Gas Rings

    SOP MOD rebuild kit

    I had jamming issues with my cheap BCG and added this rebuilding kit. Pleased to say after first range trip my AR ran clean with no jamming! Need more rounds but pleased with kit. I would recommend a rebuild every so many rounds on any BCG

    SOP MOD KIT

    Everything you need to freshen up your bolt in one package. Inconsistent cycling with your boom stick? Pull the BCG ,grab this kit and install on your bolt, liberally oil and reinstall your BCG. Stuff a new mag and mark or discard the old one . I bet that 99% of your problems will be solved by these actions. Have at least 3 of these kits on hand. One for you, one for your teammate , because his weapon matters too, and a spare. Quality of this kit? If your asking this question, you don't know BCM. They're the best. Period.     Extractor and Extractor spring

    Replaced extractor and extractor spring with BCM upgrade. Now extracts properly, great improvement for the money. Great buy, will buy more for spare parts

    Rebuild kit

    Used the extractor from this kit but now I have gas rings when I need them. Took my rifle out to the range and it’s finally reliable again. Glad I bought this kit. Seems like a must upgrade if you plan on shooting a lot of steel ammo. Ejects shells smoothly every time!

    While I haven’t had a chance to try this out at the range yet, the quality jumps out compared to the OEM parts. Installation was a breeze.
