BCM what else can I say Great product.
I am a big fan of BCM and their products. I recently ordered a handguard for a build , shipped within the same day. Unfortunately the barrel nut is easily stripped the by using the provided wrench. Had to buy a replacement barrel nut just FYI. Also BCM if you actually read these comments we would like an OD GREEN BCG, that would be HOT
easy to install and you don't need to time it for the foregrip to fit. It's a little awkward using the wrench and you have to be very careful getting the wrench on straight or else it can damage the slots.
This was a replacement for my original barrel but which I ruined trying to fit a piston system that did not really work with my BCM rail system as it was supposed to. Have to be sure to take your time lining up the barrel nut wrench on this as well or you can easily mar the notches in the nut making it unusable. Other than that this barrel nut is easy to install and does not need to be timed to fit your gas tube. Another well engineered part from BCM.

Easy to install on my BCM upper
The original barrel nut that came with my MCMR rail had a diameter that may have been oversized. It was so incredibly hard to get the rail over the nut, even when heated up, that I decided never to buy another BCM rail. Stuff happens and you need to be able to remove your rail to service the gas block or barrel. That was pretty much impossible for me. I bought this replacement barrel nut and it worked a lot better. The fit was tight, but not impossible like before. I don't hate BCM like I did before. Shipping was super fast, like 2-3 days after placing the order it was in my mailbox.
