Installation Instructions:

 

* Locate the forward position of the mount, indicated by the arrow marking, located underneath the sling mount, arrow towards the muzzle.

 

* With supplied Torx wrench, loosen (counter clockwise) the two mounting screws enough so the assembly can drop in and slide forward into the desired mounting position of the rail system.

 

* With the KMSM in on the KeyMod rail, and the screws still loose, insert your QD sling swivel into the KMSM. This will insure the sling mount hole in the KMSM is lined up correctly with the hole in the KeyMod slot on your handguard, so your swivel will fully seat correctly.

 

* Tighten screws (clockwise) until firmly secured (18-20 in-lbs). Remove your QD sling swivel if desired.

 

* For better long term secured mounting, use blue thread locking compound on mounting screw thread only.

    Great product but clarify install directions

    To properly mount - Slide the mount forward until the front underside tab drops and hooks onto the rear of the frontmost keymod and the screws tighten to the next two keymod holes which aligns the QD swivel hole and has the mount flush. The directions don't mention that. Works great and low profile. A+ product.

    Works great on my Vltor keymod hand guard and accepts my VTAC QD release. Lots of different brands going on my rifle. But it works as advertised. I've had BCM complete uppers in the past and they always functioned flawlessly and I expect nothing else. Great Company, great products

    Perfect fit

    This item is simple and works perfectly. There was a little trial-and-error finding the right depth for the mounting screws to slide into the keymod slots, but once I got that figured out, no problems at all. Thanks!
