Kinesthetic Angled Grip - KAG

The KAG is the end result of collaboration between BCM® and Travis Haley, founder of Haley Strategic Partners and inventor of multiple weapons manipulation enhancements in the firearms industry.

Designed to complement modern shooting grips, the Kinesthetic Angled Grip (KAG) uses a biomechanically efficient forward rake to create an interface for positive retention and joint relief to the wrist, elbow, and shoulder, allowing for smooth weapon manipulation without substantial increase to the girth of the weapon system. Textured on both front and back, the profile of the KAG creates a channel for consistent and positive engagement which translates directly into improved efficiency in weapons manipulation and target to target transitions.

 

  • Forward rake gives positive retention when using "C-clamp" (thumb over bore) method of handguard support
  • Works as a rest for supported firing positions
  • Slight angle without significant bulk adds just the right amount of relief to the wrist without substantially increasing the girth of the handguard
  • Small profile is just enough to get repeatable hand position on weapon forend
  • Textured in front and back for positive engagement

    Easy installation and does its job.

    Previously had a vertical grip and replaced that with the BCM's KAG. It's simple, yet has a beautiful design that does its job!

    Getting used to this as a hand stop.

    Picked this up as a hand stop/guide on a 10.5” pistol. Not a fan of AFG, and was picking up other BCM stuff on the site so I thought I’d try it.

    The design of this does alter / angle my grip some, so it’s taking some getting used to.

    As far as build quality and value, it’s solid.

    BCM Accessories on a Shotgun!?!

    I have BCM KeyMod KAG on all 5 of my AR-15s. I really like how they facilitate consistent hand placement which allows me efficiently operate my white lights as well as build muscle memory. I have 3 Magpul edition Mossberg 590 A1s that have white lights on them as well. I found that I was not consistently placing my have on the forends making the operation of the white lights difficult at times as well making the shooting experience slightly different each time. I decided to add BCM M-LOK KAGs to the forends and I am very happy with the results.
