BCM® Extractor Spring Upgrade Kit

The BCM® Extractor Spring is a heavy coil design made for the increased extractor tension required on many AR15, M4, M16 short barreled rifles. This product also improves the reliability on a standard 16" and 14.5" carbines.
As with all BCM branded products, the highest quality is the primary focus. Our BCM Extractor Spring is manufactured by a 9001:2000 facility employing the latest precision equipment. BCM starts with only the highest quality chrome silicon material, heat treats to stress relieve the product and shot peens to add increased strength.
This kit also includes the new black extractor insert, standard on all M4, M4A1, Mk18 carbines and the recent new standard on M16A4 rifles. The BCM Extractor Spring is so strong the Mil-Spec Crane O-Ring will probably not be needed, but it is included.

    To Hell and back!

    I ran a BCM Extractor Spring while deployed to Iraq in 05-07, 18 months and TRUST me it got a work out! Never had one malfunction! This is the only Extractor spring I will ever use in my Rifle!

    I just got my M4 and went to the rang and this is how my day went bang ,jam, clear,bang,bang,jam , clear ect for 2 mags and couldn't stand it anymore did some research and seen your BCM up graded spring and my friends I LOVE IT !!! you brought the confidence in my ar back thank you guys so much

    This is the bomb

    Best and cheapest upgrade for your weapon. Having problems getting the spring depressed to get the pin back in. Just take a pair of vise grips and squeeze until you get it seated properly.

    I have a 7.5 AR pistol that has jammed since it was new.No matter what ammo I used,I had FTE problems.I ordered four{4} upgrade kits.It installs in minutes. 0 failures since installed.Shipping was super fast.If your having feed problems.Buy it.They work!

    Bang for the Buck!!

    At five dollars this is the best upgrade that you can do to your AR weapon. The extractor pin was very hard to place back in due to the extra tension. A hard table or workbench and plenty of "elbow grease" is required, but well worth it. I recomend this upgrade for everyone.

    Nice

    It was a pain in the ass to install, once you put the Crane O-Ring over the estractor it increases the extractor tension so much that it is hard to press the down far enough to put tie extractor pin back in. I was very impressed by this,
    you know the extractor is not goinh to slip off the case rim during extraction.
    Thos product is a must for Duty/Combat Rifles. I 'm going to pur them in all of my AR's

    This was my first M16 failure. Will never forget it. Just a few dollars for so much security. Just do it!
