The BCM® Extractor Spring is a heavy coil design made for the increased extractor tension required on many AR15, M4, M16 short barreled rifles. This product also improves the reliability on a standard 16" and 14.5" carbines.
As with all BCM branded products, the highest quality is the primary focus. Our BCM Extractor Spring is manufactured by a 9001:2000 facility employing the latest precision equipment. BCM starts with only the highest quality chrome silicon material, heat treats to stress relieve the product and shot peens to add increased strength.
This kit also includes the new black extractor insert, standard on all M4, M4A1, Mk18 carbines and the recent new standard on M16A4 rifles. The BCM Extractor Spring is so strong the Mil-Spec Crane O-Ring will probably not be needed, but it is included.

    Needed to replace the extractor and guts due to extraction issues on a AR 15 bolt. The kit worked great, made the bolt reliable again. Great company to order from, quick and easy, fast shipping as well. Great products!!!

    If your AR starts hiccuping and you need to fix it fast, start right here. This goes double if you are running a shorty, full auto, or are less than fastidious about cleaning. New extractor innards will cure many ills, and BCM will have them on your doorstep in no time.

    Extractor spring upgrade kit

    I upgrade every ar I own and build with these springs.These springs work great for those who shoot steel cased ammo.I shoot brass out of mine but have fired several hundred steel cased through my gun to make sure they work in case of a crap hits the fan event and these springs extract the steel cased ammo with no problem!

    Excellent product!!! I installed it instantly when it arrived after very fast shipping. My ar pistol was having issues with short stroking. My original spring had some serious wear and tear on it changed it out and now she is running perfect!!!
