These Gray Teflon No-Ban (30 round) magazines are considered some of the BEST AR15, M4, M16 magazines made. Current production. Teflon finish is on the interior and exterior of magazine to aid insertion and feeding.
 
They have the Magpul® ENHANCED Followers. The new Teflon Mags do not come in a plastic wrap. These magazines come stamped with the date of manufacturer on left side of magazine body and the contractors government CAGE code (04TQ4 - D&H Industries) on right side of magazine body.

    Range test

    I bought these mags as the price was great and I am a BCM fan. In a nutshell:

    -the mags were well made and had no visible blemishes;
    -the follower was typical Magpul quality and moved freely within the mag.

    However the mags would not drop freely from the magwell when empty or when completely loaded with 5.56. I had to use a large amount of force to strip the mag out. This surprised me as I didnt expect that with a loaded mag. Moreover this happened with 3 separate ARS - DD MK18 with VLTOR A5 lower; DD MK18 with factory DD lower, and a DD V7 with Spike's Tactical lower.

    I will keep the mags but only as spares for a general range day. For serious training, etc I'll stick with Pmags or Troy Battle mags.

    The way it is suppose to be.

    Ive tried the plastic PMAGS but didnt like how they didnt lock in very eadily so I switched to metal bcm ones and these lock in everytime and give me that positive contact feedback I've been looking for and still use the reliable Magpul followers. Great mags!
