Being an old guy, I expected these metal mags to be like the old school stuff from before I discovered plastic. Wrong!
These weigh way less than I expected, definitely weigh less than the old steel mags and seem plenty tough. Best of all, they lock up and feed way more positively than the plastic mags I have tried in the same price range. No heavy slap necessary. Plus, they run like a sewing machine.
They are a little noisy when empty. But hey, an empty mag means you're holding a 600 dollar stick. Time for a refill or a tactical redeployment!
As I said, I'm an old guy and being appropriately concerned about weigh, I almost didn't give these mags a try. That would have been an error.
Glad I tried um!
Oh, and just as a side note, Bravo Company ROCKS!
These are great, I got 5 and tested them all. Easy to insert mag, drops easily with it's own weight, yet still lightweight, and ammo loads easily and feeds nicely
I'm use to old school, thick steel mags. So I've gone to the plastic stuff over the years for weight conservation. I'm an old guy. Weight counts. But these things are a lot lighter than I expected.
Of course they are noisy when empty, but hey, an empty gun is a stick. Who cares how much a stick rattles?
Mags are excellent. They seat and lock positively and run like a sewing machine. Glad I gave them a try!
I was expecting a good product but I was very pleasantly surprised when I received my magazines and they were better then I expected. I expect to get very many years of service out of these magazines and I have just placed an order for more
Great magazine great quality
Seems good too me
I really wanted to get back to traditional mags the plastic ar good but there is nothing like a aluminum GI mag! NO FALIURES AFTER HUNDREDS OF ROUNDS! So I'll give the mags 5 stars!
Awesome mags with anti tilt followers and great looking finish
Stock up on magazines!!!
