    A.D. Recon is Excellent!

I had first considered the LaRue Tactical SPR / M4 Scope Mount QD LT-104 with 1-inch rings but decided against it. I thought what the h*ll and went with the American Defense after much reading and I dont regret it at all. It appears super sturdy and is a great match with my Leupold Mark AR scope. Its sets the Mark AR perfectly so eye relief is no longer a problem. I have had Lots of people asking and making positive comments about it and they say it looks much better than the Larue. Noone I have encountered has had anything bad to say about it at all. It functions great, easy to use, stays put, looks great, has a lifetime warranty AND is $20 cheaper than the Larue. Give them a chance and you'll see they make a great product. A++ to American Defense and BravoCompany's Fast as H*LL shipping.

    Very sturdy

Very sturdy mount. The adjustable QD levers take a little fiddling with to get the right blance of tension and ease of on/off. If you own a lefthand Stag upper like I do beware that the dust cover will hit the QD levers and not open all the way. This may interfere with ejection. I had to turn the unit around and mount it backwards. This works fine but it is now mounted to the very front of the upper.
