The video had a lot of info for set up of Air Ops but not enough info on actual shooting from Aerial platforms. Maybe I was just used to their shooting course videos.

No video can ever replace hands-on training. In this case, it cannot replace flight time with qualified pilots, aircrew and instruction. This video is a great pre-training start to aerial interdiction...many great teaching points are brought up, all revolving around your primary concern in aerial ops: staying in the air and not shooting yourself down.
