    My 300 blackout was cycling to fast. I started with the h2 buffer to slow it down and it worked great. The next step would be to change out the gas block to a adjustable one but the buffer did the trick. I only run 110 grain bullets so no need to change the gas block. Also decreased recoil buy 1/4
