Appear to be good quality, milspec rings. Every AR owner should know how to check rings for wear. Remove bolt/carrier group from weapon, extend bolt from carrier and stand upright on flat surface with bolt down. If bolt collapses into carrier under it's own weight, then rings are worn and should be replaced. Simple to do. Remove bolt from carrier and using thin knife blade remove (3) rings and replace with new ones. Be certain to lubricate and reassemble. When cleaning a couple of drops of oil should always be placed in the key as to lube these rings.
