BCM® M4 Flat Top Upper Receiver with cosmetic blemishes. Most have scratches or scuffs.
 
The upper comes unassembled, but complete with BCM forward assist assembly and ejection port cover door assembly.
You must assemble it. (Assembly required) (all parts, but you will have to assemble together)
 
THESE ARE USED/DEMO UPPER RECEIVER ASSEMBLIES. All will have several nicks, scratches, and marks on exterior finish. NO HANDPICKING.
 
This receiver has the M4 feedramps machined in. This is to be used with barrels that include the M4 barrel extension.
 

Built to the correct Mil-Specs.
(Inside Diameter for barrel extension slightly undersized for a tighter fit to the barrel and a more accurate rifle. Please use a heat gun or hair dryer to warm up threaded bore of receiver if barrel extension is too tight.)

    Wait what? This thing was "scratched"? Only scratch was from me being dumb and hammering in the pins.

    The parts have an excellent reputation for quality and are a ridiculous value at their sale price. I've used them on several rifles and have zero complaints.

    Upper Receivers (Blemished)

    They had a few unnoticeable marks but nothing that that effects their function. They come with the forward assist and dust cover uninstalled but they’re simple to assemble. The fit of the barrel is extremely snug but all I had to do was heat it up a little (I used a toaster oven) and add a little aero shell and the barrel slid right into place. My AR’s arn’t show pieces, they’re made to be used and these uppers are perfect for my purposes. I will be getting more.

    DEMO Upper

    This was met first order from BCM. My order was recieved in a timely manner. It came with all parts it was advertised with. The upper was supposed to be a blem but upon close inspection I've yet to find the defect. No dings or scratches and finish is dark and even. Even if it was dinged or scratched it wouldn't matter as I paint my rifles anyway. I will be ordering from BCM again.

    Demo upper receiver

    So I tried to save a little bit of money by ordering the Demo/scratched receiver and I had a few issues with it although ironically I had a hard time finding any real scratches or dents, so that was nice,the receiver itself is in pretty good condition. The issues I had was number one, it didn’t have the BCM logo on the side, not a huge deal, and when I went back and read the site it does say that isn’t included so my fault. Number two, the receiver seems to have a strange finish, when I first got it it looked a little dirty, which isn’t a problem, after assembling the whole rifle and cleaning it for the first time, the next morning the receiver had a strange powdery type substance on it, almost looked like whiteish milky stain all over it... I used a bit of hoppe’s lube on a t shirt (which I’ve done to many guns before) it seemed to take care of it, but by the next morning the stain was back again.. kind of strange so I probably won’t order from the demo pile again..

    Best way to get a quality upper

    Could barely see a blemish. Im gonna end up scratching and denting anyways. So looks dont matter to me. Also fits nice and tight to your barrel extension. Had to heat w small mapp torch to slide barrel in. For the price and quality, why buy anything else?
