BCM® M4 Flat Top Upper Receiver with cosmetic blemishes. Most have scratches or scuffs.
 
The upper comes unassembled, but complete with BCM forward assist assembly and ejection port cover door assembly.
You must assemble it. (Assembly required) (all parts, but you will have to assemble together)
 
THESE ARE USED/DEMO UPPER RECEIVER ASSEMBLIES. All will have several nicks, scratches, and marks on exterior finish. NO HANDPICKING.
 
This receiver has the M4 feedramps machined in. This is to be used with barrels that include the M4 barrel extension.
 

Built to the correct Mil-Specs.
(Inside Diameter for barrel extension slightly undersized for a tighter fit to the barrel and a more accurate rifle. Please use a heat gun or hair dryer to warm up threaded bore of receiver if barrel extension is too tight.)

    "Blemished" OK

    This is my 5th so called blemishes stripped upper I have ordered from BCM. I continue to buy them for two reasons;
    1. I have never received one with a blemish.
    2. If you're scarred of scratches on your AR, you're a girl man. I understand these are weapons/tools. I take pride in scratches.
    The included cover is also nice, I have each one engraved.
    You cant beat the price and cant beat the quality. My builds are just about exclusively BCM parts sourced.

    Demo BCM Upper

    Looks perfect I can't even see a scratch on it. Only down side is no BCM Logo.

    Good As New

    Fast shipping! Nice piece. Some VERY SLIGHT evidence that something or other had been mounted on the rail at one time, but otherwise is perfect. Would definitely buy again.

    houston we have a problem!

    While the upper receiver was 100%, as good or better then any other top company I've ever seen and it's a demo/scratched one. The QC department most be OCD cause I can't find anything wrong with it at all! The problem is I didn't receive my dust cover or forward assist as promised. In all fairness the box my parts was shipped in looked a little damaged and they could have fallen out. (By the way the packaging is not to blame nothing was damaged I blame FedEx) when I email customer service, because the phone never gets answered I guess, I was email a form to fill out and email or fax back...now I understand BCM does a lot of work for military who has a fax or wants to deal with paperwork?!? Answer the phone with a real person put my parts in a box and put a smile on my face! Rant over I still love BCM!

    Missing parts

    While the upper was not bad ( did have a very minor scratch but over all very nice ) the "complete" parts kit was missing the forward assist spring and roll pin. While the cost of these parts alone is minor with the added shipping it negates any savings on this purchase.

    Forward assist pin doesnt fit

    Got my upper today with my new BCM charging handle. Upper looks blemish free. ejector door cover went on in a second. The forward assist is another issue. Roll pin to big for the slot. Had to file and crimp to get in. Other than that glad I listened to the other reviewers and got a solid part. Now how bout 20% off on a hand rail??

    Outstanding Bargain!

    I know some previous reviewers have been disappointed with what they received, but I'm thrilled with the upper I got! There is some minor wear to the finish on the flat top area of the receiver, but nothing that wouldn't be there after any respectable training class. This is a great deal for anybody that wants to build a shooter instead of a safe queen and can deal with an excellent balance between good enough and perfection! Functionally, the upper receiver is perfect. Thanks, BCM!
