About the BCM® Standard 9" 300 BLACKOUT Complete Upper Receiver w/ QRF-8 Handguard

Features:

  • Continuous taper barrel profile designed for optimal weight, balance, and performance.
  • Barrel profile fluted toward the rear near chamber area - Increases strength and heat dissipation.
  • Tapered barrel profile out front, for easier maneuverability.
  • No sharp handguard cap shoulder for improved barrel harmonics and improved accuracy.
  • Muzzle threaded in standard 30 cal (5/8x24).

BCM® has taken great care to ensure the best possible performance and interchangeability. However, due to the large operational range of 300 Blackout ammunition in the market place, BCM® cannot guarantee function will all ammunition types in all conditions. These barrels were designed to run with a H3 buffer with high velocity ammo.

If running subsonic ammunition, it is recommended to run your suppressor and a carbine buffer. Fine tuning may be required in limited instances based on ammo and buffer choices that work best for the desired application. BCM® also recommends running the Crane O-ring (provided with all BCM® Bolt Carrier Groups) over the extractor with 300 Blackout.

    QRF 9" 300 blackout upper

    Recieved quickly in the mail after a painless extra form. My billing and mailing addresses were different, so an easy verification form was needed. Recieved upper with lots of extra bling in the box, which was fun to go through. Upper itself has performed flawlessly (500 rounds so far) and was recieved with so much preserving oil on it, I spent a good amount of time cleaning before use. Excellent service, excellent delivery and condition, excellent performance. Will not be my last purchase from BCM.

    Awesome High Quality Build

    Delightfully surprised by how light this upper was. The combo of the fluted barrel and lightweight quad rail is hard to beat. its noticeably lighter than my previous 9in 300blk build w/ a Midwest 3g mlok handguard. Only concern i have is the durability/strength of the 3,6, and 9 portions that are hollowed out under the picatinny but i dont plan on running it over any time soon. Homerun in my book, good work BCM
