About the BCM® Standard 16" 300 BLACKOUT Complete Upper Receiver w/ KMR-A13 Handguard

  • Continuous taper barrel profile designed for optimal weight, balance, and performance.
  • Barrel profile fluted toward the rear near chamber area - Increases strength and heat dissipation.
  • Tapered barrel profile out front, for easier maneuverability.
  • No sharp handguard cap shoulder for improved barrel harmonics and improved accuracy.
  • Muzzle threaded in standard 30 cal (5/8x24).

BCM® has taken great care to ensure the best possible performance and interchangeability. However, due to the large operational range of 300 Blackout ammunition in the market place, BCM® cannot guarantee function will all ammunition types in all conditions. These barrels were designed to run with a H3 buffer with high velocity ammo.

If running subsonic ammunition, it is recommended to run your suppressor and a carbine buffer. Fine tuning may be required in limited instances based on ammo and buffer choices that work best for the desired application. BCM® also recommends running the Crane O-ring (provided with all BCM® Bolt Carrier Groups) over the extractor with 300 Blackout.

    16" 300 Blackout Upper

    Superior quality upper. I bought it for hunting applications knowing the caliber has more options than hunting. I have shot it with a Rugged Surge silencer and had tight groups with open sights at 30 yards. Going to put a low power scope on it. It is light weight but well built which makes it great for kids!

    Excellent Upper.

    Loved the engraving option and the AR works flawlessly. Feels like a top tier rifle. Very light and flawless function. Customer service and shipping was excellent. I bought the upper and lower separate because of a sale on the upper.

    built my first AR with this 16" 300 blk upper group, including BCG and AMBI charging handle. Added MBUS out of the box and was hitting paper from 50 yds, added scope and was able to shoot 1" groups at 50 as well. Already placed a follow up order to BCM for some KeyMod components. Really like my BCM equipment!!

    No Prob.

    I've been to the range twice putting over 500 rounds through it each time, it is flawless, no jams, cycled like a champion. I would have expected nothing less from BCM. Great Job Guy's!

    300BLK upper

    i really like this upper. It's perfect for what I am wanting to do. Coupled with the bolt carrier group and gunfighter charging handle its a very nice setup.

    Amazing! Love this upper

    This is the 2nd upper I have received from BCM, and I love them. The quality is so good and shipping was crazy fast.

    This one is so light and agile with the KMR-Alpha handguard. I am going to order a few more of these for other rifles.

    Super accurate - I only shot about 50 rounds through it and was using only iron sights, but at 50 yards my Hornady 150gr SP with H110 powder loads were touching. I have some 110 gr VMax loads that I think will do the same.

    I looked at building one up since I had a few parts, but it was only a little more to get the best built by BCM. I am glad I did.

    what can i say its BCM at its best this upper makes my other 300blk upper look really cheap. I am proud to have gotten this upper and know why everyone loves BCM. So thank you for a top end upper and will keep buying from BCM
