Based on the SOPMOD designed bolt upgrade and rebuild package, this kit is designed to breathe new life into your bolt assembly. The bolt assembly is the heart of your AR15 rifle system and preventative maintenance used by professions insures these systems keep running even under the harshest of conditions.
This is a great spare parts kit to keep your AR15, M16, M4 running in the field.
This kit includes:
  • Extractor made to USGI specs (shot peened)
  • Extractor pin
  • BCM® Extractor Spring (chrome silicon, heat treated & stress relieved, shot peened)
  • 3 USGI Gas Rings
  • Crane Ind O-Ring (Mil-Spec)
  • Black Extractor Insert

    First one failed quicker than expected

    I bought one of these to replace an extractor I'd worn out. The replacement failed in about 2-3 thousand rounds, but it's possible I didn't install it correctly, and I run my rifles harder than most. I recently replaced that failed extractor again with one of these kits and so far, so good. I'll have to amend this review in another 5 thousand rounds.

    Straight up QUALITY

    My package was at the door ridiculously fast. I ordered a few of these kits, extractor springs, firing pins etc... They are all very well made. Everything came separated and labeled neatly. I stored them away for a rainy day to keep my ar running longer than me. Definitely ordering from here again.

    Quality Required kit

    If you train you put high round counts on your rifles, this means things wear out and break. Keep this kit in your range bag with a spare buffer spring and you’re good to go.
