My QD swivels are a breeze to put on and off. This end plate is a great sling point location. I usually run a single point sling, so it hangs in the perfect spot, not cracking the ground as I maneuver around with my pistol after transitioning. Love BCM products. I'm a customer for life!

Only way to go if you plan to run a single-point sling set up. Must have for any lower build.
