Economically proved an awesome piece of equipment
You would think small parts are all created equal... it’s made of steel or aluminum, right? That’s not true! BCMs end plates are by far the best! All of my gun are getting these!
Installed easily and holds qd.
After messing with a bunch of slings and QD mounts, i have found that right where the lower and buffer tube meet is the perfect center of gravity for single point slinging. This perfectly fits the bill to give you just that. I upgraded to a sb tac PDW brace, so I had to take it off since it has a QD and covers the back plate, but it will be going right on my full size 5.56. Really nice build quality. The color of the metal makes a nice accent to cerakote or just black!
Does exactly what it claims to do.
