Featuring the same industry leading barrel nut and lock up design as originally introduced on BCM's evolutionary KMR handguard, the MCMR Series of handguards gives the shooter modularity in the M-LOK platform.

This proprietary patented mounting system (US Patent 8904691), includes a mechanical index to the 12:00 rail and positions mounting hardware to mitigate the movement caused by heat generated by the weapon system.

Actual length when measured to flare is 13.4"

Designed to be used with pistol length, carbine length, mid length, or Mil-Spec M16 rifle length gas systems; all with a low profile gas block.

 

 

The barrel nut will fit over all mil-spec diameter barrels (max of 1")

Please note: Nylon/Polymer Picatinny rail sections are for NON-load bearing accessories only (grips, hand stops, light mounts). For load bearing accessories (bipod mounts, sling mounts, vertical grips, barricade supports), we recommend aluminum Picatinny rail sections. Do NOT exceed 20 in/lbs. when securing fasteners on Polymer accessories. Aluminum Picatinny rail sections may be torqued to 30 in/lbs.

    BCM M-LOK

    Finishing up my complete BCM Build with this MCMR-13 inch M-Lol Rail just like everything else in this build the quality is top grade they thought through every inch of this rail attention to detail is Excellent. The mounting system is by far the best invention on the market today and it is feather weight all way round another great Investment.

    Bomb Proof to Nuke Proof

    This update took a stock Midlength carbine from a std front sight post and hand guard to a fully modular rail system. The disassembly was about 1000 times more troublesome than the install. I actually had to go to the gun store to get help removing the front sight post because the pins would simply not move for me. After the armorer banged on it for about an hour it was good to go. The prep and assembly went well and following the instructions was easier than it seemed just by reading them. It went together flawlessly and looks great. Although there is more heat transfer with this handguard there are many more options for customization now available. Ohh and my Aimpoint CompM4 didn't even need to be re-zeroed. Much love to the guys that developed this thing it really is a great addon and well worth all the effort to get the gun ready to accept it. If this was going onto a virgin build it would take almost no time at all! Nice work guys!

    Mlok forend rail

    Solid setup . Light , tight fitting ( really tight fight had to use a hair dryer to heat it up to slide it past the barrel nut ) , great looking . It's a BCM product so you know it's solid .
