Featuring the same industry leading barrel nut and lock up design as originally introduced on BCM's evolutionary KMR handguard, the MCMR Series of handguards gives the shooter modularity in the M-LOK platform.

This proprietary patented mounting system (US Patent 8904691), includes a mechanical index to the 12:00 rail and positions mounting hardware to mitigate the movement caused by heat generated by the weapon system.

Actual length when measured to flare is 13.4"

Designed to be used with pistol length, carbine length, mid length, or Mil-Spec M16 rifle length gas systems; all with a low profile gas block.

Please note: Nylon/Polymer Picatinny rail sections are for NON-load bearing accessories only (grips, hand stops, light mounts). For load bearing accessories (bipod mounts, sling mounts, vertical grips, barricade supports), we recommend aluminum Picatinny rail sections. Do NOT exceed 20 in/lbs. when securing fasteners on Polymer accessories. Aluminum Picatinny rail sections may be torqued to 30 in/lbs.

    Amazing product.

    This is a well built hand rail/guard. Easy to install, easy instructions to follow.

    13" MCMR

    This is my first BCM Handguard and I have to admit, its better than I had expected. The tolerances are snug, the narrow diameter is very sleek, and the entire system is incredibly light even with the barrel nut. I'm looking forward to putting it through it's paces, but the initial impression is nothing but positive.

    have not had enough time to test it but its light, was easy to install, and seems very solid. So far it has been easy to add accessories to, like a light and handstop.I can not say more cause I just out it on and have not even fired the gun with it on yet.

    If you are worried about weight but want a strong rail system you can’t go wrong this rail.

    Fantastic Upgrade

    I was absolutely blown away with the quality of this rail. This was my first foray into the world of BCM and I have to say I now know their reputation is warranted. This thing is built like a tank, however, installation is simple.

    I can't recommend this enough, it's worth every penny.

    Excellent except for the installation

    The rail itself is excellent, except installing the indexing plate was a bit tricky.

    Quality Rail

    Very solid rail, and yet another awesome product from BCM. Quality is there. Great craftsmanship and overall aesthetics. This rail paired well with my 14.5” build. I truly wanted to give it 5 stars but I wasn’t pleased with ease of install. I’ve installed numerous hand guards from cheap to expensive, and this one was the hardest. Not a huge deal.. but the clearance between the rail and barrel nut are EXTREMELY tight. It is acknowledged in the install directions at least. Be prepared to heat this bad boy up to ease the install.
