Worked great with my BCM Socom barrel. The barrel was dimpled perfectly for this gas block.
I've used quite a few of the BCM gas blocks on builds. The exterior is what you'd expect, clean machining and good phosphate. But the real difference is in the interior dimensioning. Precisely honed to fit a .750 or .675 gas journal. Excellent fit to the barrel with just enough clearance to slip onto or be lightly tapped into place. Provides an excellent gas seal. Other gas blocks I've used were often much looser and would spin freely on the gas journal. Not the BCM. The inclusion of high quality grade 8 knurled set screws just shows the attention to detail that BCM puts into every component.

This was purchased for a future installation. Probably could have found one cheaper, but I LOVE the BCM Star Logo, which I believe should be more pronounced on all the BCM products.
