    Great gear, less than great customer experience

    If Bravo Company did not have such "over the top" quality, I would probably not deal with them at all. What company can just chose NOT to answer their phone? (Other than Bravo Company,..)
    Good Lord I love their gear, but...

    easy peasy

    Easy to insert, removal requires some effort, good texture, and cheap enough that I could chop em up for short fitments and not cry about it.
