Installation Instructions:

 

* Locate the forward position of the mount, indicated by the arrow marking, located underneath the sling mount, arrow towards the muzzle.

 

* With supplied Torx wrench, loosen (counter clockwise) the two mounting screws enough so the assembly can drop in and slide forward into the desired mounting position of the rail system.

 

* With the KMSM in on the KeyMod rail, and the screws still loose, insert your QD sling swivel into the KMSM. This will insure the sling mount hole in the KMSM is lined up correctly with the hole in the KeyMod slot on your handguard, so your swivel will fully seat correctly.

 

* Tighten screws (clockwise) until firmly secured (18-20 in-lbs). Remove your QD sling swivel if desired.

 

* For better long term secured mounting, use blue thread locking compound on mounting screw thread only.

    This thing is great! Lines up perfectly and fits so flush, you don't even notice it when nothing is attached. Yet another "genius" design from BCM. Flush fit, no sharp edges, and contoured to let you hand slide across when nothing is attached. If you're in to snagging your rifle, cutting your hand, and attaching goofy garbage to your rifle, this is not the mount for you. If you are in to that kind of thing, I have a couple QD mounts from other manufacturers you can have.

    BCM QD Sling Mount

    I never have to worry that part that I need will not be available. Orders are processed in a timely manner. Being new to rifles, my experience with BCM has been great. Just wish their rifles weren't in such demand so I can get my hands on one.

    Perfect add on for two point sling. Tight lock up! Installed on my KMR and definitely not left wanting. Oh, and as usual, BCM delivered in a timely fashion.
