    Should have bought a longer rail section

    I just purchased a KeyMod handguard. Most of my handguards use the M-Lok system or have a direct screw in system for the mounting of extra rail sections. I didn't need a metal rail section as this rail section was just going to be used to mount a handstop on the bottom of the handguard. The 3" section of rail only allowed for the mounting of one LaRue index clip (placed forward of the handstop) and I would have liked to have one index clip in front and behind the handstop. Next order will include the purchase of a longer rail KeyMod rail section. Also, the handstop did not fit well on the rail section (too loose). I just used a little silicone based sealant on the rail section to retain the handstop. Other brand metal rail sections that I have used these handstops on had a much tighter friction fit.

    As good as it gets for keymod. Use only for nonweightbearing items.

    Great design and easy to use. Stays in place once tighten with no give after putting rounds down range.

    High quality, light weight.

    I picked up one of these short rails to mount a vertical grip on my Keymod handguard. Worked great and gave me a little room for fine adjustments. Can't go wrong with BCM.

    Nothing fancy. Just a rail. Fits good, looks good and does what it's supposed to do.
