BCM® Extractor Spring Upgrade Kit

The BCM® Extractor Spring is a heavy coil design made for the increased extractor tension required on many AR15, M4, M16 short barreled rifles. This product also improves the reliability on a standard 16" and 14.5" carbines.
As with all BCM branded products, the highest quality is the primary focus. Our BCM Extractor Spring is manufactured by a 9001:2000 facility employing the latest precision equipment. BCM starts with only the highest quality chrome silicon material, heat treats to stress relieve the product and shot peens to add increased strength.
This kit also includes the new black extractor insert, standard on all M4, M4A1, Mk18 carbines and the recent new standard on M16A4 rifles. The BCM Extractor Spring is so strong the Mil-Spec Crane O-Ring will probably not be needed, but it is included.

    Easy fix for Stove Piping!!!

    BCM Extractor upgrade kit fixed my stove piping issue on all my AR platforms. The 7 1/2 inch barrel was my main reason to upgrade!!! Thank You BCM another great product!!

    The best upgrade ever

    I received the upgrade spring, i have to say its the best piece of upgrade to ever exist! I was having failures extracting and now thats a distant memory! Thank you BCM! Forever i will upgrade all future AR's with this spring on day one!

    Cure to what ails your bolt

    Was having some FTEs on my .300 BLK AR Pistol after switching to a Sharps Relia-bolt. Ironic, I know! Upon examination it seemed that the extractor spring was quite compressed. It only took a few minutes to install the BCM Extractor Spring upgrade and my pistol was up and running like a champ. No more FTEs!

    Great Inexpensive upgrade/repair for any BCG

    I've purchased these a couple times over the years, and have never been disappointed. First time I bought one (several years ago) it fixed a minor extraction/ejection problem I had in a Bushmaster (which had come with a weaker extractor spring, and the blue insert). In each of the times I've used the BCM kit so far, the spring and black insert has been strong enough that I haven't even had to use the o-ring that is included in the kit.

    This is an inexpensive way to refresh an aging bolt, or give yourself peace of mind with a new bolt from one of the lesser established manufacturers (i.e. companies who don't have a great track record yet). And it's always nice to have a spare set on hand, in case a rifle starts to have extraction problems. Highly recommended.

    BCM Extractor Spring Upgrade Kit

    Very pleased, I received these quickly (bout 2 days), and although I haven't had time for the range, these springs appear to be as advertised. I'm looking forward to checking out my upgraded BCG. I'm really happy to be affiliated with Bravo Co. and their products.
