The BCM® Extractor Spring is a heavy coil design made for the increased extractor tension required on many AR15, M4, M16 short barreled rifles. This product also improves the reliability on a standard 16" and 14.5" carbines.
As with all BCM branded products, the highest quality is the primary focus. Our BCM Extractor Spring is manufactured by a 9001:2000 facility employing the latest precision equipment. BCM starts with only the highest quality chrome silicon material, heat treats to stress relieve the product and shot peens to add increased strength.
This kit also includes the new black extractor insert, standard on all M4, M4A1, Mk18 carbines and the recent new standard on M16A4 rifles. The BCM Extractor Spring is so strong the Mil-Spec Crane O-Ring will probably not be needed, but it is included.

    No more problems with steel cased ammo

    Rifle would not eject steel cased ammo, installing the tougher spring made the rifle %100 reliable

    Awesome, inexpensive upgrade!!!

    It is great to order from BCM! Hands down, the fastest and easiest process. Great customer service, they respond immediately if you have any questions. This little extractor booster kit simply works and there is no question it improves the reliability of your AR if you are forced to use subpar ammo. I don't like to burn my premium ammo on training but at the same time I don't want to have any hiccups while runnin' and gunnin!

    What Can I Say! My BCG Eats ANY .223 or 5.56 Now!

    This is a guaranteed must for your BCG. I don't care if you have a Palmetto BCG or an SRC. You HAVE to do this simple, and cheap upgrade. Mine rips through any ammo now: steel, brass, .223, 5.56. It doesn't matter. Best upgrade so far hands down, and it's just a spring.
