BCM® Extractor Spring Upgrade Kit

The BCM® Extractor Spring is a heavy coil design made for the increased extractor tension required on many AR15, M4, M16 short barreled rifles. This product also improves the reliability on a standard 16" and 14.5" carbines.
As with all BCM branded products, the highest quality is the primary focus. Our BCM Extractor Spring is manufactured by a 9001:2000 facility employing the latest precision equipment. BCM starts with only the highest quality chrome silicon material, heat treats to stress relieve the product and shot peens to add increased strength.
This kit also includes the new black extractor insert, standard on all M4, M4A1, Mk18 carbines and the recent new standard on M16A4 rifles. The BCM Extractor Spring is so strong the Mil-Spec Crane O-Ring will probably not be needed, but it is included.

    Don't even hesitate.....

    Bought two brand new bolts from different vendor. Both had collapsed extractor spring right out of the box. Found it while hand cycling a mag through the rifle. I will, from this point forward incorporate into all builds an upgraded extractor kit. 2nd highest cause for failures in my experience.

    Pays for itself

    Ran about 400 pmc xtac rounds and 200 Hornady match rounds and with flawless extraction. Even when I replaced my BCG, I still replaced the factory Springs with these.

    Very good kit. Use it in all of my BCG's. replace even the premiums with this because the spring is often better.

    Extractor spring upgrade kit

    Love this company. Great reliable and quality parts. I have not gotten a chance to test the functionality of the extractor spring upgrade yet but it was highly recommended. If you have a BCM bcg I would check if it already comes with as the parts seemed identical.

    Good product

    I used it on a keltec rdb to try to avoid some complaints about their extractor pin falling out. It was a very tight fit, but was installed with the rubber washer. So far do good. Product was as described. The price was decent and was shipped quickly!
