BCM® Extractor Spring Upgrade Kit

The BCM® Extractor Spring is a heavy coil design made for the increased extractor tension required on many AR15, M4, M16 short barreled rifles. This product also improves the reliability on a standard 16" and 14.5" carbines.
As with all BCM branded products, the highest quality is the primary focus. Our BCM Extractor Spring is manufactured by a 9001:2000 facility employing the latest precision equipment. BCM starts with only the highest quality chrome silicon material, heat treats to stress relieve the product and shot peens to add increased strength.
This kit also includes the new black extractor insert, standard on all M4, M4A1, Mk18 carbines and the recent new standard on M16A4 rifles. The BCM Extractor Spring is so strong the Mil-Spec Crane O-Ring will probably not be needed, but it is included.

    Simple product exceptional qualitys an use

    Solution to AR Pistol Extractor Problems

    The typically finicky 10.5 AR pistol i just finished proved to live up to its reputation. With everything finished and setup correctly the only issues i had was failure to extract from my brand new BCM bcg. After installing the spring upgrade it goes bang every fucking time. Yippee Kai Yay motherfuckers!

    Stiffy!!

    It came quick, i put it in, but i haven't shot with it. Much stiffer than the spring that was in the extractor before. Hope this solves my extracting problem.. If not, i will assume i am over gassed, and try something else.. maybe a heavier buffer... ether way i feel like this was a must do upgrade. THANKS for the stickers in the box! A+ from me!

    This spring kit will keep you from finding out exactly how thoroughly important the extractor spring is to the proper function of you freedom distribution device. I strongly suggest this for every rifle.

    Seems Like a Good Product

    I used this to try to repair a bolt that wouldn't extract reliably. This did not fix it unfortunately although I don't think it was the extractor spring giving me the issue, so I don't fault the kit or BCM.
