BCM® (MPI) complete bolt carrier group is fully assembled. (BCG)

Bolt carrier group (auto version) for your AR15, M16, or M4. Parkerized exterior and chrome lined inside carrier. Machined to USGI specifications. This M16/M4 carrier includes the proper Mil-Spec gas key. Gas key is chrome lined and heat treated per GI specifications. Gas key is secured to carrier via USGI domestic mfg Grade 8 fasteners and properly staked per Mil-Specs. These properly hardened parts ensure a strong staking and proper gas system functioning.

The bolt assembly is machined from the correct Mil-Spec Carpenter No. 158® steel, shot peened for increased strength, includes tool steel machined extractor and ejector, BCM Extractor Spring, and is HPT (High Pressure Tested) and MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspected).

Prior to shipping, all BCM Bolt Carrier Groups are test fired for function. As such, the Bolt Carrier Group will show handling marks consistent with these quality control procedures.

...M16 bolt carriers are not designed and intended solely and exclusively for use in converting a weapon into a machinegun and are not any combination of parts from which a machinegun can be assembled. Further, an M16 bolt carrier is not a firearm as defined in the GCA or a machinegun as defined in the NFA. An M16 bolt carrier is simply a machinegun part and as such its domestic sale and possession is unregulated under the Federal firearms laws. It is not unlawful to utilize a M16 machinegun bolt carrier in a semiautomatic AR15 type rifle.

    The Best

    If you never used this type of bcg, you can get it and find out what the bcg is SUPPOSED to be like for the AR design. I highly recommend everyone who is serious about reliability get one. Keys staked right, HP, MPI, and just very nice quality. Also, if you have most brands of AR, your bolt carrier alone is either not fully shrouded or has some of it cut away. This is full and is a bit heavier, better for the AR.

    BCM's BCG is top notch . The gas keys were properly staked, the firing pin was fully shrouded, and the finish on it was flawless. I'm very happy with my purchase and shall likely purchase more BCM BCGs for future AR-15 builds.

    Excellent product and price and of course excellent shipping and service, as usual. Received it within three days after ordering. USPS Priority mail with signature required.

    Properly staked gas key, MPI and HPT bolt, carrier has a Parked exterior and is chrome lined, fully shrouded firing pin, and the finish on it is perfect. What more could you ask for? It is definately better in the hand than the photos show.

    I certainly appreciate the high quality and excellent service.

    Unlike many manufacturers you know exactly what you are getting with a BCM bolt carrier group, you do not have to worry about the gas key being properly staked or any other problems that can be encountered with a gun show special. Excellent product just like I have come to expect with BCM.

    by far the best bcg I've ever had, smooth action not one jam.. I even threw some steel case in just to check and not a prob! I'm impressed, I highly recommend definetley the best and It also finishes the build with style!

    OMG!!!!

    Was just about to pull the trigger on a bushy BCG for about $25 less. Thats until I noticed a forum post about this Bad Boy. I figured if it can handle the abuse of an auto then my semi should have no troubles. Boy was I right. This thing finished off a 9 month budget build with style. I tell you when I first went to the range I didn't know if the thing would blow up in my face or what. But a few clips later and I see why so many people love these guns. I hit 30/30 bulls-eyes at 50 yards standing. These guns are scary accurate and with this BCG not 1 single jam to date. Keep them on sale(please) and I'll by a few more for future builds..

    Didnt know what the o-ring was for so I left it off. Turns out I didn't need it any how...
