I am new to the AR-15 scene. I recently built my 1st AR. I have been shopping online as well as a couple of gun dealers near my area. I am planning on building another AR, however, I want to make a higher quality AR. When I looked at several bolts at the dealer; they all looked the same. I read BCM philosophy and liked their approach to the AR. I bught their Bolt and I am so happy I did. YOU CAN tell the difference in terms of quality and make. I will be using their bolt for my next build. Additionally, I have decided to use their parts for the build too. Top notch Company! Keep on Rockin!!

Like the title says. Great extractor. Great ejector. It's just a well made bolt. Period.
I have tried many bolts like smith& wesson, Adams arms, Colt, bushmaster, failzero and Spikes tactical Nib bolt. All the bolts work but had some ejection issues with the spikes nib coated bolts and reliability problems with smith& Wesson's. I have found that fancy coatings really aren't worth the money and do nothing for your guns performance. Nothing is better than a well made mil spec bolt like the ones BCM make. I'm 100% confidant with my rifle's reliability when I have a BCM bolt in it. The only thing better than a BCM bolt, , , is a complete BCM bolt carrier group. The quality of BCM is second to none. Fantastic products and wicked fast shipping. Them guys gotta be boxing your stuff up before you even pay for it lol
I won't buy any other bolt on the market. They just don't compare to the BCM bolt. Semi, and Full auto runs have never broke one in my possession. After 10's of thousands of rounds they're all still going strong.
