The A2X is an extended version of the A2 flash hider found on the M16 and M4 series of rifles.
 
  • Threaded for your 5.56mm carbine.
  • Machined from 4150 steel.
  • Phosphate coated per MIL-STD-171.
  • Predrilled hole at the base for permanent installation.

 

When mounted per BATF specifications for a permanent installation it will bring your 14.5" M4 barrel to a non-NFA length of over 16.1".

 

Installation should be done by a qualified gunsmith familiar with BATFE regulations.
 

The A2X is predrilled and comes with a dowel pin and crush washer for installation.

    Pinned a 14.5 to a legal limit

    Flash hidder was built extremely nice and was a simple easy install that came with everything needed . Field rating was first class

    Is what it is...

    Ext a2 brake..

    A necessary evil to avoid jail for 14.5" bbl. Does what it's supposed to. Pinned/welded it per atf regs. Can't much tell its extended. Looks great on m4 clone. Still fits a bayonet.

    Needed an extended A2 flash hider for my Tavor X95 project. I have previously purchased from Bravo and found their products to be very well machined with zero installation issues.

    Did exactly what I needed it to. Well made, good finish and good packaging. All of the parts were there and the shipping was quick. Performs about the same as any other birdcage, just longer.
