Our BCM MK2 Receiver Extension for your AR15, M16, M4. Machined from 7075T6 and manufactured to Mil-Spec dimensions and specifications. Mil-Spec receiver extensions have a slightly smaller dimension where the stock slides on.

Hard Coat Anodized per Mil-A-8625F, Type III, Class 2

 
These tubes should be used with stocks such as USGI, BCM®™, Colt, LMT, SOPMOD, VLTOR, Stag Arms, and others that a made to the Mil-Spec size.

THESE RECEIVER EXTENSIONS CAN ALSO BE USED ON MOST AR-10s.

*NOTE* These buffer tubes require a M16 rifle action spring and specific BCM MK2 buffer, carbine and rifle buffers will NOT work.

    Awesome

    Used this along with a Springco "green" spring, and A5H3 buffer on my recent build. Recoil is really tame, will be putting these on all my future guns

    Perfect fit. Easy ordering.

    These A5 tubes can be difficult to find at times but BCM has these as a regularly stocked item. Everything bolted together without issue and stock fit was good. Easy solution.

    Flawless

    I haven't mounted it yet so I can't rate performance. However, I can't tell you that this thing is flawlessly machined and hefty in build. Threading is perfectly cut and the finish is also well in order. Inside the tube is a mirror smooth finish. BCM knows their stuff. Will definitely buy again. Thanks for a quality product!

    Another fantastic product. In fact I think it's better than VLTOR's A5 RE. My LMT stock fits perfect.

    8 positions

    Having 8 positions makes this compatible with more types of stocks, as shorter ones can still collapse to position 2. EMOD, ACS, and STR all fully collapse.
