BCM® SS410 Barrels
 
This BCM stripped barrel is machined from a 410 stainless steel. It features hand lapped button rifling with a 1/8 twist rate and M4 feedramps. To give the shooter the best accuracy this BCM SAM-R barrel has a service match heavy weight profile and a rifle length gas system. (410 stainless is a harder and more corrosion resistant than the conventional 416 stainless found in most barrels.)
 
DLC Coating stands for diamond-lkike carbon coating, and is a nanocomposite coating that has unique properties of natural diamond low friction, high hardness, and high corrosion resistance.

The DLC finishes, absorb oil and release it over time due to the unique characteristics.

    Just Amazing

    Great fit and finish. I haven't gotten it installed yet but can't wait.

    Love the barrel.

    I haven't shot this barrel with an optic yet, but after a break-in I shot a 2-3inch group with iron sights at 203 yards with my handloads. I have no doubt this will shoot sub moa once I get an optic for it like my other one in stainless steel. Perfectly gassed and running it with a BCM intermediate buffer tube, 5.3oz Vltor A5 buffer and a JP tuned and polished rifle length spring, with a BCM gas block and BCG. I really like the ion bond finish, as well. The bore is beautiful on this thing.

    Awesome barrel

    Barrel fit onto my upper just right, no complications. Have only taken the rifle with that barrel to the range twice but it has shot absolutely great on both occasions.

    Love this barrel

    Nice and heavy but light enough to hunt with, accurate, and the 1/8 makes it extremely versitile as far as bullet weight. Shoots quarters at 200 yards even with cheap ammo

    Amazing barrel

    I felt obligated to buy from these guys coming from 1/8 B Co. in 2004. But after buying from these guys, I can say their stuff is of excellent quality, and not just show. Service was expedited as well. Couldn't ask for anything else.

    So far so good.

    Mounted to a BCM upper with BCM gas block and tube, Lantac NiB BCG, original KMR15 handguard, Anderson lower, ALG LPK with ACT trigger, A2 stock, LaRue bipod, 6X SWFA scope in LaRue mount. So far it's flawless. I'm a convinced BCM user (this is at least my 5th barrel/upper).

    I'm not quite getting the groups I want yet, but I'm breaking it in with cheap 77gr. ammo so I'll chalk it up to that for now. I'll see how it does with premium 77gr. soon.

    Absolutely Amazing

    It really doesn't get any better than this in my opinion. I bough this barrel for my SPR/SAM-R rifle hybrid. I had heard great things about BCM but I had to shoot it to believe it. I just got back from the range and shot a .52 inch 5-shot group with this barrel. It was AWESOME. My only regret is that I don't have a BCM hat. I would wear it with pride because I am so satisfied with this build. Thanks BCM! You guys kick, well - you know.
