The Viking Tactics Light Mount was designed to give the shooter a light-weight, versatile option to mount a light on any Picatinny or Weaver rail system. This mount will allow you to mount any light with a 1" or slightly larger diameter. Even the inexpensive SureFire® G2 Nitrolon will fit. The Viking Tactics Light Mount provides you a variety of mounting preferences. You can mount your light so that it is out of your field of view and activated by using a tape switch. You also may mount the light in such a manner allowing you to use the push button on the back of the light for activation.

    Fits Perfect and works great

    Holds a 1" tube light nice and snug. Put it on a Keltec KSG top rail and it does not interfere with the Magpul BUIS also on the rail. this is a must have, and I got it fast!!!

    light weight and works well

    I purchased this and combined it with a surefire light. Fitment of the light was great. I mounted to my DDv5lw and puts it in a great spot to be used on the rail.

    Best-Bending Issue Reason

    This is the best product on the market for mounting your tac light. I read the previous review and he/she stated that there was some bending. I know exactly what you are talking about they made this product to do that for a reason. You can tighten this puppy down and not worry about it snapping. The bending/ separation you see from the piece mounted on your rail to where those two screws connect to the light mount is necessary. It relieves the serious pressure between that area so you have no breaks. If that area was flush it would lead to eventual cracking or snapping. I have mine on for a long time and I have slammed it, shot 1000's of rounds threw etc., and it is going strong. Viking Tactics knew what they were doing when they made this. Don't let that bend between that are fool you. Tough product and can handle a lot.

    Tac Light Mount

    This unit is made out of some type of sturdy plastic. There was some slight bending and deformation when mounting but appears to be solid. Places the rear switch in a very favorable position and was easy to use. I know this comes as part of the EAG package. That should tell you something.

    Great light mount

    I got this mount a few months ago and have used it since on my AR with a Surefire G2. It was easy to install and has stayed tight on the rail since without additional tightening. It's light and so far I can't find anything I don't like about it! I was initially a little worried that it would be weak because it's plastic, but I've beat the crap out of the gun it's mounted on and have had zero issues.

    Exactly what I was looking for to mount my Streamlight Polytac to my Troy DI rail. All around great product.

    Perfect

    Comes with a bushing to mount smaller diameter lights like my fenix pd30 with the strobe feature. ended up taking the bushing out and putting in my surefire because i like the fenix in my carry pouch. Great product.
