Bravo Company USA, Inc. offers a 30-day return policy (starting from the shipping date of the order).

Shipping charges and/or shipping costs are not subject to refunds.

You must contact Bravo Company USA, Inc. via email prior sending your product back for return or refund to receive an RMA number. 

All returns must include a copy of the invoice and completed RMA form.

Returns and refunds may take up to two weeks, not including transit times.

Once the return has been received and finalized on our end, an automated email will be sent out to the email address associated with the order that was returned.

Returning Unopened/Unused Items

Items that are unused and in their individual original sealed packaging can be returned for either:

  • An In-Store Credit to your customer account (no restocking fee)
  • A credit card refund (subject to a 15% restocking fee)

The return must include any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that were shipped with the product.

If you wish to exchange an item, it can be returned to us for an In-Store Credit. This will be applied to your customer account and, when logged in, you can use it when placing your new order.

Returning Opened/Used/Damaged Items

If the product/individual packaging has been opened, but it is unused and it is not damaged, it can be returned for either:

  • An In-Store Credit (subject to a 20% repackaging & restocking fee)
  • A credit card refund (subject to a 25% repackaging & restocking fee)

Other Notes About Returns

It is recommended that you return merchandise with a carrier that offers tracking numbers and full value insurance on the parcels.

Bravo Company USA, Inc. cannot be responsible for any packages that are lost while being shipped to us.

Please note that the USPS Priority Mail will only initiate a trace on packages after a 30-day waiting period.

Please contact us via email so we can assist you and issue a RMA if necessary.

All BCM® products carry a lifetime workmanship warranty to the original purchaser.
