BCM A/T Riser creates a platform that raises the centerline of attached optics and magnifiers by approximately 1/2 inch.
A/T Optic Riser 525-5 is approximately 2-1/8” long and is intended to be used with a red dot or other single optic or accessory. This riser has 5 recoil slots (6 lugs). All of our risers are the same .525 of rise over the top surface of the upper receiver.
A/T Optic Riser 525-11 is approximately 4-1/2” long and is intended to be used with an optic backed up by a magnifier or NVG or thermal depending on the number of recoil slots the mount takes up. This riser has 11 recoil slots (12 lugs).
A/T Optic Riser 525-13 is approximately 5-3/4” long and covers the entire length of an upper receiver and offers one more recoil slot than the upper. This riser has 13 recoil slots (14 lugs). It can be used with any combination of sights, NVG, or thermal which would fit on an upper receiver and the additional slot gives the user some spacing flexibility.
A/T Optic Riser 525-10x5 is approximately 6-1/8” long and offers a cantilever section for applications where the end user desires to run an attachment or optic over the handguard while avoiding ‘bridging’ the optic from the upper to the handguard. This riser has 10 recoil slots on the main body, and 5 on the cantilever section for a total of 15 slots (16 lugs).
A/T Optic Riser 525-13x5 is approximately 7-1/4” long and is intended to be used similarly to the 525-10x5 but offers 3 additional recoil slots for more flexibility. This riser has 13 recoil slots on the main body, and 5 on the cantilever section for a total of 18 slots (19 lugs).
The best riser to use will depend on the combination of optics the end user intends to mount and where they desire them to be placed on the upper.
