Do I need to create a new account?
  Yes. Since we moved to a new site, all customer accounts must be remade. All previous customer account data is still available from Bravo Company HQ. 
Why do I need to create a new account?
  Because we moved our website to a better service, and transferring customer passwords poses a large security risk, all customers must create a new account and password. 
Is my password the same as before?
  No. We have moved everything over to a new website, and for security reasons, we could not transfer passwords with account information. You must create a new account and password with your preferred email address.
Is all of my order history gone?
  No. Bravo Company HQ still has all customer order data associated with the old site available.  
Do I need to use the same email as before? 
  It is suggested that you do, in case previous account data is requested. However, you can use whatever email you prefer. 
If I am a dealer, do I need to create a new account?
  No. All dealer accounts, and associated pricing have been transferred from the old website. BUT you will have to reset your password, since account passwords were not transferred. I'm trying to create a new account, and it says the email is already in use. What do I do?
  If this is happening. Go HERE: Forgot Password? to reset your password and send the reset email to your account email.
