Haven't had the privilege to shoot my new rifle yet, however I feel the H2 buffer will work well in my new socom carbine upper. Item was exactly what I was looking for and it arrived very promptly. I used in in a carbine length AR-15 (not a Bravo) that was a bit over gassed. That with a full auto profile BCG , and a Tubbs flat buffer spring slowed down the action just enough to make it cycle smoothly with less recoil. Tested with various ammo both .223 and 5.56 with NO problems.
