    Functional and looks good.

    This is a slick little handguard. Once installed it is pretty solid. The heat shielding is also a nice touch.

    Fits like a glove on an LR-308

    Got this because I saw it mentioned in a thread about swapping out the ugly plastic fore end that came on my PA-10 (LR-308 style) upper. Nothing else is known to fit without bending and modifying, so I decided to try it (especially since I’m already partial to BCM quality). Was pleasantly surprised to find this will snap right on without any touching of the barrel or gas tube, and no modification necessary. Looks considerably better, and is functionally superior. So yes, this isn’t just for the AR-15, it will also work for the LR-308. Can’t confirm about the AR-10 (armalite pattern) though because I don’t have one. I expect it fits that too.

    PKMR Mid Length handguard

    Great product & service, BCM=quality! Using this on my Amaliite Def10,fit tight with no mods necessary. Gives me a few mounting options and should serve well until a free float rail can be installed.

    Excellent

    This keymod rail is excellent. Everything made by BCM is super comfortable and most importantly well made. What impressed me the most about BCM customer service was that I ordered an upper receiver but couldn't afford some if the higher end costing handguards. When I asked customer service what they would recommend, they sent me a link to the polymer keymod handguard. I was very appreciative for this hell because I never found it on my own when I was searching through the site.

    Perfect

    I actually sold the original one that came on my saint rifle because I wanted a quad rail keymod hand guard. I didn’t like the weight diff even though it was mininmum it was enough. Bought this again now I can use either one. Love it.

    The PKMR has excellent fit and finish. The texture is very grippy. The keymod slots are perfectly placed at 2:00, 10:00, and 9:00. I have a Streamlight TLR1 mounted in the 10:00 position. The handstop in the 9:00 pisition is a great feature. The handgaurd is small and feels sturdy.
