    Rock solid

    I have taken for granted what difference a high quality buffer tube and buffer really makes - recently acquired a high quality lower that for some reason had a low quality buffer tube installed on it - never torture tested it but the threads were too high (caught on the stock) and the stock (I tried many) would release/extend from completely collapsed to fully extended without pressing the release lever on it. Not operator error - I'm no newbie - just cheap parts. Replaced it with BCM which was a no brainier decision. I shoot Colt, Spikes, BCM and Noveske.
