Built to the correct Mil-Specs
(Inside Diameter for barrel extension slightly undersized for a tighter fit to the barrel and a more accurate rifle. Please use a heat gun or hair dryer to warm up threaded bore of receiver if barrel extension is too tight.)

 

Precision machined to correct Mil-Specs from 7075 T6 Forgings extension, providing the user with superior strength when dropped or when mortaring malfunction clearance drills.

Fully Assembled with forward assist, and ejection port cover

Mil-Std 1913 Rail for mounting optics and accessories

Machined for use with barrels that use an M4 barrel extension

Laser etched T-markings for addressing the remounting of optics

Includes Mil-Spec Forward Assist with heat treated tool steel pawl, with press fit and pinned cap

Hard Coat Anodized per Mil-A-8625F, Type III, Class2

    Otherwise great

    Would give it 5 stars except that it arrived with an indentation and the coating gone where the charging handle seats as well as some "nicks" on the threads for the barrel nut.

    Great product

    When they say right fit, they mean it. Had to tap my barrel in with a hammer. Great look, slightly lighter black and non glossy black compared to my double star lower. Very light.

    Was very impressed with the Upper receiver. It mated well with my Spike's tactical lower. Only minimal wiggle noted between the two.

    BCM ROCKS!!!

    I'm on my third AR15 build and I like forged receivers instead of billet because of the price and they work and compatibility with most free float handguards. In my opinion you can't get a better forged receiver than a BCM. The finish is perfect the dimensions are perfect my wilson combat barrel fit nice and tight making a more accurate gun. Fits my lower nice and tight no wobble whatsoever. I can't recommend BCM enough they are a no bullshit veteran owned company that makes quality gear that sets the standard by which all other gear is judged. Shipping was extremely fast and they always give you a bunch of stickers buy with confidence.

    QUALITY UPPER!

    The BCM M4 Upper Receiver Assembly is well crafted and well made. This is the first AR build for me and I used it as an opportunity for a homeschool class for my son. We had a blast building this and the parts were key! Everything was top quality. I didn't mind that there was no logo on the upper. I wish I could have had the opportunity to install the forward assist and the dust cover, but those things are minor compared to the incredible craftsmanship of the upper we received. I would recommend this to everyone!

    Perfect

    This upper fits a LaRue Stealth barrel perfectly - snug with no play, but no need for a mallet. Finish is excellent. M4 feed ramp cuts align perfectly with the M4 feed ramps in this barrel extension. Perfect upper for a tight custom build.
