Redesigned to eliminate the load on the pivot pin (like USGI handle fitted with an extended latch) and keep the energy from charging close the centerline of the carbine/rifle, BCM® Charging Handles provides a larger uninterrupted engagement surface with a smaller silhouette.

    BCM Gunfighter ambidextrous charging handle

    I’d like to premise this with the fact that I love BCM stuff. That being said, I’ve had a a problem with this handle. It will randomly get “hung up” when attempting to engage. I have installed it on an Aero upper and bcg. It is disappointing mostly because I don’t know when or how it happens. I do have another BCM charging handle that is not ambidextrous and it works flawless. Not sure if this is an anomaly or just this style of handle. For now I’m going to continue to try it and see if it “fixes” itself. However, as of now I do plan on replacing it. It pains me to give a poor review on a BCM product but I want to be as objective as I can. Please note that I will continue to buy BCM and believe that this is just an anomaly because of the continued satisfaction I have with multiple other products of theirs.

    Nice ambi charging handle

    Probably the most affordable changing handle upgrade. This mod is a little smaller than the dinosaur named brand. But if you want bigger go for the large mod

    Excellent Charging handle

    Replaced the stock charging handle on a mid-tier AR pistol with the BCM medium ambidextrous charging handle and saw an immediate, very noticeable difference. The pull back was much smoother and took far less effort than the stock version. Very much worth the purchase and plan on buying another in the future when time to replace the one on my higher end AR-15.

    Great Upgrade

    This is a great upgrade from my stock handle. It's so much easier to grab yet not too large. My only gripe is that the right side (ejection port side) is a bit stiff compared to the left side but maybe that'll wear in a bit after some time.

    As all BCM products, this is another great quality part. Right or left handed shooters can have the ease of charging their weapon on either side or when transitioning to their non-dominant side. Works great. Looks good. Simple as that.
