The original BC1.5 has identical performance to all of the 5.56 BattleComps, but has been extended and pre-drilled for permanent attachment on 14.5″ barrels needing 16.1″ overall length.

Professional installation is required. A competent gunsmith will custom fit any needed pin through the #7 hole, so no pin is included. The overall length of the unit is approximately 2.15″ long and weighs 2.0 ounces.

It fits all barrels with 1/2 28 RH standard threads. Specifically designed for 5.56 NATO and .223 Rem ammunition. ALL BattleComp units are California Legal Compensators and have been since May of 2010.

Crush washer included.

    I love this comp

    Usually more of a muzzle brake kinda dude but I really like this comp. Sleek design with a quality finish. Shoots well too.

    Awesome

    I just had the 1.5” Battlecomp installed and it’s a great addition to my carbine. I’ve recently made a lot of changes to my setup as trial and error has dictated and it has evolved into what I think is ideal for me. The Battlecomp is definitely a worthwhile investment and I love doing business with Bravo Company.

    Love this compensator, but...

    Love this compensator... BUT It'd be nice if for $155 they could throw in the ten-cent #7 pin for those of us who are competent enough to do the simple pinning job ourselves. I had to snip off the end of an old drill bit and use that.

    On point

    ARs always have limited recoil, and I thought fairly robust comps like this were not needed. I was wrong. This thing keeps your rifle still while firing like you would not believe

    Great looking and performance

    I have this on my ar and my saiga 7.62. I love the way they look and drive recoil very well.
